Returns
We want you to love your Grumpy Bag! Unused bags can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. Contact us by email or phone to arrange shipping or a local return.
Shipping Damage
We will repair or replace any bags that are damaged during shipping/transit. Due to the individual nature of our bags, replacements will be of equivalent value if repair to original condition is not possible. We will cover all extra shipping costs on returns due to damage. When possible, we ask that you take photos of the outside packaging showing any damage before discarding packaging. Contact us by email or phone as soon as possible if you receive a damaged bag.
Warranty/Care
We offer a two year warranty on handles, straps, hardware and construction. We use a wide-range of upholstery fabrics and leathers in our bags. Fabrics vary in durability and how they should be cared for. We include a card in each bag that includes fabric content and cleaning codes (if known). See our Product Care page for more information on fabric care.
Refresh
As an eco-conscious company, we want you to get the most use possible out of your Grumpy Bag. Bags showing signs of normal wear can be refreshed instead of being replaced. Examples of this are worn corners or frayed seams being pulled in and resewn or new handles added. Bag hardware and parts can also be reused to create a totally new bag. This service is provided at no charge for two years from date of purchase and for a small fee after two years. Exact options depend on the individual bag material and style.

We respect your privacy and will not sell or share your personal information.
