We want you to love your Grumpy Bag! Unused bags can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact us by email or phone to arrange shipping or a local return.
We will repair or replace any bags that are damaged during shipping/transit. Due to the individual nature of our bags, replacements will be of equivalent value if repair to original condition is not possible. We will cover all extra shipping costs on returns due to damage. When possible, we ask that you take photos of the outside packaging showing any damage before discarding packaging. Contact us by email or phone as soon as possible if you receive a damaged bag.
We offer a one year warranty on handles, straps, hardware and construction. Contact us by email or phone for more information.
We use a wide-range of upholstery fabrics and leathers in our bags. Fabrics vary in durability and how they should be cared for. We include a card in each bag that includes fabric content and cleaning codes (if known). See our Product Care page for more information on fabric care.
We try to restrict use of more delicate fabrics to linings or evening/notte bags. Some of the fabrics we use are stain-resistant, some are outdoor fabrics or mesh, and some are heavy duty upholstery fabrics. We are happy to make recommendations or custom bags for specific needs. Just let us know what you are looking for.
